Prospect Design was contacted by a former client to infill an underused, North east facing patio area. The completed extension is very much in keeping with both the existing house and the existing garden room extension. The design provides additional light and airy living space and has instantly blended in. Prospect Design successfully obtained planning approval for the project which was in a conservation area.
