Prospect Design was commissioned by Grand Get-Togethers to convert a former farmhouse into a seven bedroom holiday let. The property had previously been split into two separate dwellings so a substantial re-design was needed to sympathetically reinstate this listed building back into one dwelling. The loft space was redesigned to create two spectacular new bedrooms. Another design feature is in the connection of the living room and dining room spaces which share a magnificent double–sided wood burner. Prospect Design successfully applied for and gained planning approval and listed building consent for the client.
