Externally the transformation is dramatic with the old 70's brickwork replaced with a traditional brick more in keeping with the conservation area setting. Internally a loft conversion has allowed the bedrooms to be moved upstairs freeing up the ground floor to provide a light and airy, open plan space. It's hard to believe it's the same bungalow. Prospect Design successfully gained planning and building regulations approval for the project.
