" Richard from Prospect Design has undertaken two commissions on houses that I have owned and refurbished. One was a major renovation of the complete house including garden room extension and lowering of ceilings at first floor to create a second floor loft conversation. The second was a dormer bungalow renovation with new extension, re-positioning of staircase, and knock through from kitchen to dining room. Further works still to be undertaken. "I can't recommend Richard highly enough. We purchased a large property built in 1836, it needed a lot of work. Richard was brilliant from start to finish. He quickly drew up plans for the entire house which is 3 floors and a cellar. He listened to what we wanted to change and made fantastic suggestions. He made the enquiries we needed to check planning issues with the council. He liaised with our builders on what we wanted. He organised structural engineers to visit, and specialist damp people to look at our cellar. He is always quick to respond and didn't mind when we changed our mind countless times.
